The mechanism of toe part pressing pad adopts adjustable 2-stagepressure.The design of compound cylinder helps shoes reach the best quality on the proceedings of wiper lasting and final pressing and ensure the smoothness of shoe lasting feather edge .there are two pressing methods or the first pressure of toe pad pressing mechanism .The consistent pressing function makes the lasting process smoothly. The positiorrfixed function avoids the over lasting and pulling down of toe uppers when using the sofa leather. Each set of pincers has the function of independently automatic down-pulling. According to the elasticity of uppers, operators can control to pull down any certain pincers, whose depth can be adjusted subject to individual requests.
